I was going to ignore this journal until I got charged with treason for not writing in it, or at least wait to see if I can get the Ministry to pay me to write in it, but my news is far too important NOT to share.
See, I cleared my schedule for tomorrow. And possibly the day after that.
Why?
Because for the first time in fifteen years, I am the proud owner of a hacky sack footbag hacky sack footbag (not to be confused with the trademarked Hacky Sack). And I am determined to become a champion footbag...champion.
See, the world record for an individual is something like eight, nine hours, but I'll settle for being the footbag champion of Knights Walk. I'll aim low, just a couple hours at first, but footbagging is much harder than it looks. It takes skill. It takes talent.
And the next time I write in here (Ministry monitors: fair warning, that may or may not be within two weeks), I will be the footbag champion of Knights Walk.
